In this document, unless the context otherwise requires, ‘singular’ word includes ‘plural’ abbreviation actions thereof. ‘Terms’ is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, and rules thereunder, as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes, as amended from time to time by the Information Technology Act. This electronic record is generated by a computer system.

In accordance with law and is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 that requires publishing of the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms for access or usage thereof.

In this document, you referred as online registered user and “website” or “Platform” means Anamnesis.in, including Priyasha Infosystems and its mobile applications, Anamnesis : My Health Book. Company is referred as Priyasha Infosystems. Medicines, consumables, surgical items are referred as ‘Products’ that are offered through the website. ‘Services’ means online services provided by the said company.

By using the Website, you represent that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, as well as any other guidelines, privacy policy, rules and additional terms referenced herein, collectively referred to as 'Terms and Conditions', which are legally binding.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully. Your access to Website and/or use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of all the provisions of these Terms of Use. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms of Use, do not access Website and/or use the Service.

In the use of this process, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account to prevent unauthorised access. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become public. Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. You can access and update much of the information you provided. You agree and acknowledge that you will use your account on the website to purchase products and for availing services of the company only.

An individual having legal age and competent to make contract may avail the services. Membership or use of this Website is void where prohibited by applicable law, and the right to access the Website will be deemed to be revoked in such jurisdiction’s ab initio. By using the Website and/or the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms of Use and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein. You also represent and warrant to the Company that You will use Website in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you object to your information being transferred or used, please do not use the website.

We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services at any time without prior notice. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. You understand that you, and not Anamnesis.in, are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer. The company protects the personal data only after it is fed with its own system.

Registration Process

The User, to be entitled to avail the services of Anamnesis Platform, shall have to complete the Registration process as described below:

  • The Registration Process involves the creating of a login id by the User defined below by using government approved ID Card.
  • Registration is mandatory for the Customers and requires them to provide certain basic information about themselves such as name, age, sex, email address, billing address etc. and upload validatory documents like Aadhar card, PAN Card, Voter ID to create an Account.
  • Only after completing the Registration Process, the Users become Customers and they become entitled to avail the Services as mentioned below.
  • The Customers understand and agree that the Company may screen and verify the information provided by the User and at its sole discretion, and may ask for further information even after Registration Process. The Company may in its sole discretion, close the user Account, if such account appears to be not legally tenable.

In this platform, user registration is the first act that any online user has to perform in order to access the services namely maintaining the patient health records, order medicine, book consultation with doctor, schedule lab tests.

  • For completing registration online users has to upload required validating documents like Aadhar/PAN/Voter ID card and for doctor, it will be medical degree and Medical Registration. It’s going to be your responsibility to keep your log in credentials securely. The company will not share details of such without your consent as mentioned above.
  • For ordering medicinal products, product details will be displayed in the platform based on availability of the same in the market. In case of any additional products that you might require but not present in the platform, can be raised with the organization by opening a service request with the company. In order to purchase drugs and pharmaceutical products that require a valid prescription, you are required to upload a scanned copy of the valid prescription.
  • At this point of time Anamnesis.in does not provide any location integrated lab booking facility but it is on the cards for coming days. So right now, you need to share your laboratory test requirement in the platform and in turn company will arrange it offline and share the updated schedule of your Test in Anamnesis.in. It’s your responsibility to keep the schedule and visit the lab on schedule day. Your failure, company shall not be responsible for any loss.
  • In addition to with above, Anamnesis.in, its’ affiliated websites, Mobile apps or company do not provide any guarantee on booking the laboratory schedule as per your request as booking slots with any diagnostic centres or labs is dependent on availability of open slots, and company works only on availability given by the concerned Lab.
  • Doctors’ consultation can be booked based on available doctors who are part of our health clinic partner network. Our doctor consultation booking facility does not guarantee booking consultation with the list of doctors but subject to the approval of the hospitals or health clinic partner network where the doctors are physically available.

The Services are non-transferable i.e. only the person on whose name the doctor’s appointment or medicine delivery or lab test is assigned at the time of booking, will be eligible to avail the Services at the lab or clinic or receipt of medicine, at home.

In case a booking is made before booking closure time (usually 4pm or as defined) on a business day, the Company shall endeavour to give a confirmation call to the Customer on the same day and if it is received after booking closure time, the Company shall endeavour to give a confirmation call to the Customer the next business day.

The Customer is required to carry a photo-identification card, a copy of the invoice and Order ID or the transaction number at the time of visit to the Lab or health clinic.

The Company reserves the right to change the nature of Services as mentioned above at its sole discretion. Such change may be notified to the User/Customer by publishing the same on the Website.

You may use Anamnesis.in website solely for purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the services provided by Anamnesis.in under the terms and conditions. You may not use the Anamnesis.in for any illegal purpose. We may cease to provide access to Anamnesis.in and we may terminate your right to use Anamnesis.in website at any time without notice. Your rights to use the Anamnesis.in website will automatically terminate without notice from us if you fail to comply with any of these Anamnesis.in Terms, the Conditions of Use or any other Terms.

This website or any portion of this platform (including but not limited to any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information) may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, distributed or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent Priyasha Infosystems (OPC) Private Limited and/or its affiliates, as may be applicable

All payments made by you will be executed through online payment gateway available in Anamnesis.in. Payments should be made in INR and with the help of the payment options (Credit/Debit card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet etc.) provided by payment gateway provider. list of payment methods and payment partners are subject to modifications may change from time to time at the sole discretion of the Company.

In order to process the payments for Your orders, the Company might require details of Your bank account, credit card number, etc. The online fee payments made by You are processed with the support and services of the banks/payment gateways/payment aggregators/third parties and the Company is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to User/Retail Pharmacies/third party service providers during this process as these banks/payment gateways/payment aggregators/ third parties are beyond the control of the Company.

In no circumstances, Anamnesis.in or its affiliated websites or Mobile app (i.e., Anamnesis : My Health Book) will store your bank/Credit card/Debit card details or ask for your confidential information like OTP, ATM PIN etc.

The Company shall not be responsible if some purchase is not registered or is lost due to any network issues/problems such as breakdown of machinery, unclear/ disruption in the network or non-receipt of payment from banks/payment gateways/payment aggregators/third parties and/or the cost(s) charged by the network operator(s). However, the Company shall work towards the best interest of the User.

Dispute- Any dispute in connection to the third-parties services shall be settled between the Users and the respective third parties, including without limitations, banks/payment gateways/payment aggregators/network operators through mediation.

We provide product and services in the platform for users on first pay and then avail basis. But we offer return and refund on the products and Services ordered by you on the platform which are subject to further terms and conditions as detailed in the cancellation, shipping charges, return and refund policy (“Return and Refund Policy”). The ‘Return and Refund Policy’ forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

Company reserves the right to refuse to process orders/requisitions from Users with a prior history of questionable charges including without limitation breach of any agreements by User with Company or breach of any policy.

Our delivery of medicines or medicinal products will be dependent on the prescription you have uploaded in the website/mobile app. Anamnesis team will verify the prescription forwarded by you and in case of any discrepancy observed, the order may be cancelled and will be intimated to you through our defined communication channels. Medicine will be provided to at your door step based on the valid order raised by you in Anamnesis platform. Our delivery time window for Medicine and medicinal products will be within 72 hrs from the time of successful order. In case of unavailability of certain medicine in your prescription, we would not stop the overall order delivery till we get the medicine. In such cases, we will fulfil the order in parts and rest of medicine or medicinal products will check the availability and either fulfil it in later date or cancel the rest of the order and will refund the balance.

We list price and availability of Products (like Medicines, consumables) based on the products we sell in the platform. As we cannot guarantee dispatch time for all products every time , we will not be in a position to commit any fixed timeframe for any product. But company will take utmost care of your product and will try best to deliver products to your door steps at the earliest possible time. Product and services listing price will be inclusive off taxes and with nominal delivery charges All product prices, applicable taxes and discounts details will be mentioned in the invoice generated to you. Product prices are subject to change time to time based on manufacturer’s decision and Anamnesis.in and its affiliates should not be liable for that.

The company or Website does not guarantee quality of medicine, its clinical value, side effects or adverse reaction thereof; and the company or platform only relates to booking and delivery of medicine from the authentic manufacturer or franchise thereof.

The company or platform does not guarantee quality of lab test, its clinical results, recommendations thereof; and the company or platform only relates to booking and scheduling of laboratory tests from the accredited clinical laboratory or franchise thereof.

When you use the Anamnesis.in, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as a payment gateway or wireless carrier or a mobile platform provider. Your use of these third-party services may be subject to the separate policies, terms of use, and fees of these third parties for which company shall not be responsible.

We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the platform.

The Company may at its sole discretion and without assigning any reason whatsoever at any time deactivate or/and suspend the User's/Customer's access to the platform and/or the Services (as the case may be) without giving any prior notice, to carry out system maintenance or/and upgrading or/and testing or/and repairs or/and other related work. Without prejudice to any other provisions of this Agreement, the Company shall not be liable to indemnify the User for any loss or/and damage or/and costs or/and expense that the User may suffer or incur, and no fees or/and charges payable by the User to the Company shall be deducted or refunded or rebated, as a result of such deactivation or/and suspension.

All content included on the platform, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Priyasha Infosystems (OPC) Private Limited, its affiliates or its content suppliers. The compilation of all content and software on this platform is the exclusive property of Priyasha Infosystems (OPC) Private Limited and its affiliates and is protected by laws of India and international copyright and database right laws.

You may not systematically extract/re-utilise parts of the contents of the platform without Priyasha Infosystems (OPC) Private Limited and/or its affiliates (as may be applicable) express written consent. In particular, you may not utilise any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) for re-utilisation of any substantial parts of this platform, without Priyasha Infosystems (OPC) Private Limited and/or its affiliates’ (as may be applicable) express written consent.

You may also not create and/or publish your own database that features substantial (e.g., prices and product listings) parts of this platform without Priyasha Infosystems (OPC) Private Limited and/or its affiliates’ (as may be applicable) express written consent.

You understand and agree that these Terms of Use, the platform and the Services can be modified by the Company at its sole discretion, at any time without prior notice, and such modifications will be effective upon such new terms and/or upon implementation of the new changes on the platform. You agree to review the Terms of Use periodically so that you are aware of any such modifications and the Company shall not be liable for any loss suffered by you on your failure to review such modified Terms of Use. All present and future notification is subject to terms and conditions.

The Company is not liable for failure to perform any of its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, bandh, lockout or any interruption or any failure of electricity or server, system, computer, internet or telephone service which is beyond it’s control.

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Anamnesis.in, its subsidiaries, affiliates and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of these Conditions of Use or any document incorporated by reference, or your violation of any law, rules, regulations or the rights of a third party.

You hereby expressly agree to receive communications by way of SMS/ e-mails/ WhatsApp message or any other mode from Company, phone calls relating to the Products offered through the platform and this supersedes any opt-out preferences you may have set in relation to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India’s National Do Not Call (and Do Not Disturb) registry as per the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations.

A User can unsubscribe / opt-out from receiving communications from Company through SMS and e-mail anytime by:

  • clicking on the unsubscribe option attached at the bottom of newsletter, sent at an interval at the registered email address

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kolkata and any dispute whereof shall be disposed through mediation and arbitration.

These Terms of Use, with modifications as contemplated, shall remain in full force and effect during the use of the platform for all Users.

For Users, the Terms of Use shall commence from the time the Registration Process is concluded as per this Agreement and shall be valid until terminated as provided below or till the time the Account is maintained.

The Company may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect, without prior notice and without assigning any reason/s whatsoever and without any prejudice to any/all other rights in the following events:

  • where the Account remains unused for a period of One (1) year or more; or
  • if in the opinion of the Company, the User has breached any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or/and the Terms of Use; or
  • if, in the opinion of the Company or/and any regulatory authority, it is not in the public interest to continue providing the use or Service to the User for any reason.

Data Privacy Policy

When you register as a user in Anamnesis application (either through web using www.anamnesis.in or from Mobile App Anamnesis : My Health Book from Android or iOS devices), we trace your personal data stored either in website or in app. We are committed to keep it confidential except for research purposes. Such data privacy policy starts with helping how to understand our “privacy practices”.

Our privacy policy includes your choice for sharing data. We intend to reserve such data only for company analysis and such data in no way is connected to segregation or re-segregation.

Our privacy policy applies to user within the territory of the Union of India and the jurisdiction for such use in limited thereto. With the expansion of our service domain, such policy shall expand within and beyond the Union with suitable notice thereto.

This privacy policy describes how the company collect and use the data. The data shared by any intended purchaser of any product or services is provided with unique logging ID, particulars to that intended purchaser and such information cannot be availed of by any other intended purchaser. The company reserves the right for sharing the data within its own subsidiary and it is no way connected for any other corporate identify except the company itself.

Individuals who request product or our services through website or mobile application, shall have unique logging ID for use in multiple times and once data is entered and saved, it is saved in the system against the particulars logging ID specification.

Our privacy policy is a notice which is governed by the law applicable in the Union of India for the time being in force. It governs from collection of data to end of relationship which originates with input of data and ends with delivery of merchandise and services. For example, we may collect the information of owners of a particular merchandise, the contact information of individual that manage and use accounts owned by enterprise and also customers and data of individuals who prospectively availed our services for any procurement or of any delivery person who physically delivered our services. Our privacy practices are subject to the applicable laws in the places in which we operate. Presently, we are operating in the State of West Bengal, India and the laws governing within the State of West Bengal is the law applicable thereto. If we further give any service beyond the State of West Bengal, the respective laws of the land applicable thereto, shall apply in this context. We may refuse to provide data beyond the purview of law.

Priyasha Infosystem (OPC) Private Limited is the data controller for the data collected in connection with Anamnesis.in. And further identity clarification and enquiry thereof, shall be held according to the law applicable thereto and question, comments complaints etc. about data practices are to be submitted centrally.

This privacy policy also encompasses the contract entered between the company and the prospective customer; the company and the merchants’ enterprise and the company with delivery person. These contracts are separate contracts and are confidential and in no way connected for production in public except with the direction by the appropriate Court of law. Priyasha Infosystem (OPC) Private Limited operates and processes personal data within the territory as aforesaid and offers seamless experiences. We also respect data protection right within the Union of India. This means if the company expands, we may transfer personal data to any place beyond the present territorial jurisdiction in order to provide our services at a different location at your requests. We may also transfer personal data to any State within the Union of India if that is necessary to respond to a customer support request that you submitted outside your region. The order history may be accessed by particular user in any place or in any other country after they have left the country where services were rendered. Because our services involved multiple users at the same time, limited personal data may be assessed to any other user as a specimen to get accustomed with our services.

We do so in order to fulfill our agreement with all our user on prior consent or other transfer maximum as may be availed under applicable law such as the standard contractual clauses. We may also transfer data to law enforcement agency to provide safe guard to our user against data pilferage. We abide by national and international procedure for processing such request. We only disclose personal data to law enforcement agencies in a manner i.e. consistent with the regulatory requirement of applicable laws.

To help providing equivalent data protection wherever used our services, we intent to process the personal data for defined purposes only and for training and governance. We have a data refusal policy to refuse to provide any personal data beyond the purview of law. If our application changes, the saved data will be restructured, as is where is and whatever it is, to the transformed application. These includes encryptions and use of pseudonymized data to protect full identity and legal right of the user against unauthorized disclosure.

For your convenience, the data protection right will be handled centrally on behalf of the Data Protection Officer. Any questions, comments, complaints etc. about the data practices are to be submitted centrally. You may also use service request (available inside the website or Mobile App) to submit a question to Data Protection Officer and ask for a clarification regarding data use and protection if so requires.

We collect and classify data provided by user during account creation etc., created during use of our services such as location, application usages and device data and also from other sources, such as business partner, vendor, insurance advisory and government authorities.

We collect data when user create or update their accounts or place order. This may include their name, email address, phone number (primary and/or alternate), user id, password, address(s) through government approved ID Card, profile picture, government license, discount information (if any) and so on. Such information may be used to verify user identify and photos are used for safety and security purposes only.

We may collect data such as medicinal use, generic name, manufacturer details, marketing company details, whether such medicine is applicable upon male or female or both or on a child or upon aged person.

We may also infer data for clinical classification and use of medicine thereto. In all cases medicine products are classified ranging from the homogenic table of content by the manufacturer. The product details is shown with the product for which manufacturer is responsible and it bears no responsibility with the Priyasha Infosystem (OPC) Private Limited or Anamnesis.

Our data privacy policy also includes feature for audio recording and audio records protection. Data also includes audio recording and any prescription from a registered practitioner to be included thereto.

Our data privacy policy also includes that the transaction protection. The company never discloses such information except with the order of the Court or upon requests by the law enforcement agency. To have the user choice and transparency, the personal data is entered by an individual user and creation of logging ID will be deemed to be acceptance of data privacy policy.

In addition to the above, data collected from a device is store against device number. This data is used for purposes such as receipt generation, customer support, fraud detection, product and services insurance and litigation.

We collect transaction information related to the use of our services including the type of services requested or provided and payment transaction information, such as, merchants named or location and payment method. We also associate a user name with that of anyone who uses from promotion code.

We collect data about how user interact with our services this includes access date, time, pages viewed, browser type and other system active.

We also collect data about devises to access our services including location, devise IP address, operating system and version, software preferred language, advertising identifier, devise mobile data and mobile network data.

Date from other sources includes referred personal data, data on behalf of family member or data for business account. Sometime data provided for claim or raising dispute is also said under data protection and privacy policy.

Our vendors help us to verify user, identify background information, other eligibility to work, classification of future use and such process is carried out without further notice thereof.

Information gathered from personal transportation, company for logistic support and marketing support is also protected as a data privacy policy.

Priyasha Infosystem (OPC) Private Limited uses data to every individual duly registered for convenient delivery of product and services. We also use such data (a) to enhance the safety and security of our user and services (b) for customer support, (c) for research and development and (d) for marketing and advertisement in connection with legal proceedings.

The company uses data to provide personalize, maintain and improve our services.

Pricing of the product is not static. Priyasha Infosystem (OPC) Private Limited has no responsibility with the pricing of the product. It solely depends upon the price quoted by the manufacturer. The company only serves as an agent for logistical support of the product and for this purpose only company does not guarantee the quality of the product also. To perform smoothly, we render necessary operation to maintain our services including to troubleshoot operational bugs and operational problem.

Feedback provided with the company portal is also subject to data protection and our privacy policy.

The Data Protection Officer uses of the information we collect, which may include call recordings also, to provide customer support, including investigation, user consent and to monitor and to improve our customer support responses.

We use data for testing, research, analysis and logistic development. This helps us to develop future services and to make our existing services more convenient by enhancing safety and security.

If an intending customer sends text messages, app messages(via WhatsApp or any other messaging platform if available) for communication and marketing purposes, such documents are also protected under Data Privacy Policy. The history of prior purchase of product or services is also subject to data protection. Displaying third party advertising in our application is also connected to our services and is considered part of our services and also subject to data protection.

We also try to protect choice and transparency of the customers and marketing and advertising choices of the advertises. These two choices are separate and not transferable or share in any medium and also subject to data protection policy.

The company may use data for service and for future marketing of its own or its subsidiaries. Such surveys are subject to company’s policy and not to be shared to any other third party.

We use data to investigate or address, claims or disputes relating to user of our services, to satisfy requirements under applicable Laws, Regulations, agreements or request from Government or Law-enforcement agency.

The company subsidiaries may use cookies and other identification technologies on our application and websites described in the notice. Usage of cookies is subject to governance under the Information Technology Law.

We may allow others to provide audience measurement and analytic services to serve advertisements on our behalf across the internet and to create a report on the performance of those advertisements.

Our policy regarding disclosure of data is very strict and only subject to legal requirement. We may not share any data with the user access within our website or mobile app without prior consent of the company itself. We may share data if we believe it is required by applicable Laws, Regulations, Operating licenses or any similar circumstances.

The company may share a data of a user other than those described in this notice if we notify the user and get consent to the sharing.

The company shall delete the data of a user if such application has not been accessed by the particular user continuously for One (1) year, but such deletion shall be subject to data privacy policy and data may be dealt with accordingly before such deletion.

Return & Refund Policy

An order for medicines or healthcare products can be cancelled from the ‘Order Details’ screen on the Anamesis.in website/ app (‘Platform’) or by calling our customer care number +91 91473-07561 before it is marked as “Packed”. Else, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and a refund will be processed as per the Refund Policy after deducting a processing fee.

A diagnostic/ lab test can be cancelled anytime unless it is marked ‘Sample Collected’ by our phlebotomist, else you can refuse sample pick up at the collection location and a refund will be processed as per the Refund Policy after deducting a processing fee, if applicable. Once a sample is collected, final report shall be generated and uploaded in the platform for your view.

The return window ranges from 0-3 days from the date of delivery. We will not be accepting return of medicines if seal is broken or pages are torn off for tablets, capsules.

We will be reconciling your return request with original order and medicines cannot be returned as single piece but has to be returned as a unit. e.g., if you order for a strip of Augmentin 625 (10 capsules), we can’t take the refund of anything less than one strip and in untorn off condition.

All healthcare products have specific return and replacement policy. The return/replacement window ranges from 0-3 days from the date of delivery.

As per terms of the website, the products shall not be eligible for a return under the following circumstances-

  • If the item has been opened or partially used or disfigured: the user is strongly advised to check the package carefully at the time of acceptance of products by the delivery agent;
  • If the product has been tampered with;
  • If the product packaging and/or packaging box and/or packaging seal has been tampered with. The user is strongly advised to check the package carefully at the time of acceptance of products by the user from the user’s delivery agent and it is emphasized that the user should not accept the order if the package appears to be tampered;
  • If it is mentioned on the product detail page that the product is non-returnable;
  • Any accessories/freebies supplied with the product are missing;
  • If the product does not have serial number/UPC number/barcode affixed, which was present at the time of acceptance of products by the user from the user’s delivery agent;
  • Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty;
  • The product is without original packing and accessories/freebies;
  • If the product is damaged due to misuse;
  • Products related to personal care, baby care, food & nutrition, healthcare devices, covid essential products including but not limited to masks and gloves, sexual wellness products including but not limited to condoms, pregnancy/fertility kits, any other products such as but not limited to diapers, health drinks, health supplements, glucometers, glucometer strips/lancets, health monitors, etc. Additionally, we do not take return of certain items such as sexual wellness products, diapers, etc. However, the Company shall accept return if aforementioned products are defective, deficient or spurious or not of the characteristics or features as advertised or if they are delivered late.
  • All return requests are processed to check whether it can be returned before the request is processed. Customer is informed or communicated accordingly.
  • You can raise a return request within the time frame mentioned above by following these simple steps on the Anamnesis.in :
    1. Go to My Orders;
    2. Select the respective order and click on ‘RETURN’;
    3. Check to see if the product/s that you wish to return are returnable and have an active return window;
    4. Select the item you wish to return with quantity and reason for return.
  • You can also place a request for return of any product by calling the customer support at +91 91473-07561.
  • Please keep the return package ready in its original packaging with all the labels intact. You are also requested to keep a copy of the invoice/ bill for verification.
  • After your return request is processed, we will pick up the return items as per the following timelines:
  • For Local Cities*: Within 24-48 hours from the time of approval of return request.
  • Return order should be raised within 48 hrs of delivery acceptance
  • All checklist(s) should be accepted in the platform before raising return order
  • At the time of handing over the items, a physical verification of return items will be done by Company’s pick-up person as per the same checklist provided in the website. If found suitable, the return order will be taken forward. Otherwise, items will not be accepted and refund will not be processed.

Please note that the refund amount mentioned at the time of return on the platform is an estimate and will be finalised after completion of verification. Once the pick-up is completed and the product is verified by the Anamnesis team, a refund of the total amount paid for the products, returned by you, will be initiated for eligible returns as mentioned above.

Refund will be initiated only post successful verification of the products by the seller. Please note that the verification process may take:

  • Up to 48 hours from the time of pick up from your location.

The amount is expected to reflect in your account after completion of verification from the seller as per the following timelines

Method of Payment Refund Timeframe
Online refund 7-10 business days post verification of return order subject to the Payment gateway, underlying service provider (bank/UPI/Credit card) turnaround time and RBI Guidelines.

You understand and acknowledge that we reserve the rights to claim back any refund that has been processed by us as a result of fraudulent activities such as return of wrong products or wrong quantity of the products.

All Refunds shall be made in Indian Rupees only and shall be equivalent to whole or a part of the order transactions after deducting required fees as applicable.

All refunds shall be processed back to the payment channel from where the payment originates at the time of order.

The return and refund policy is subject to the ‘Terms and conditions’ of the company and forms a part of it.
